Teaching Opportunities
We are always looking for new ways to
help people to grow closer to the Lord. One of our many ways at Elam is to
provide Sunday morning, Sunday night and Wednesday night classes. These
classes have age appropriate materials to help guide in these
studies. All of the people who are leading these studies are very
gifted in helping others to grow spiritually. If one of your gift is
teaching and loving to see people come to know Jesus more personally. Then
there is a place at Elam for you to grow and to help other at the same
time.

Mentors The
Lord has sent Elam a great number of people that have excepted Jesus
and wanted to be baptized. And to help these new Christians find the answers
to a lot of questions they will have about their relationship to God. We
have people that are willing to show them by the way they live as well as
in the Bible what being a Christian means. If your gift is encouragement of others and
can help people with the questions they will have. Then Elam is the place
for you to receive a blessing of watching others grow in the faith by
using the gifts the Lord has given to you.

Youth.
In the past few years we have been
blessed with a great number of young people. Our adult worker help these
young people apply the Bible to their lives. This life application
training of God's word leads our youth to a real knowledge of who God is
and how they are loved by him. We love our youth and we know they will be
our leaders of tomorrow and trust in Lord to prepare them for this
position. As Elam is blessed with more youth each week there is need for
more dedicated workers to love and care for them. The rewards are so great
in helping in this growth that we know you will want to be plugged in to
this area. Now is the time to put your skills to
work.

Greeters
As people are arriving for Sunday School and Worship
service they are greeted with a warm welcome and handed a bulletin.
There may be a need to find a class or a staff member they can help with
this. A critical part of making people feel that they are a part of the
family at Elam is this first smile and a kind word early in the morning.
So if you are a member and would like to help with this part of the
service let us know.

Deacons
As we grow in our walk with Jesus. We find that the Lord is
leading us to do more for the kingdom in a ministry that takes special
calling. It is to be Family Ministry Deacon. Before this decision is made
we need to look at 1 Timothy:
3. That is where we will find the qualifications of becoming a servant
of the church and it families I you feel like you qualify,

Preschool
Elam's preschool is one
of the most important part of the church. We have a full time person to
help with preschool and have members to help also. The rooms have been
designed for the care of our newest addiction to the Elam family. We have
new rules in place to nsure that your child is safe an well taken care
of. We also invite parents come by at any time to look-in on their little
ones. You may view through the windows or come in. The doors are locked
for their safety and your child only leaves with the person that
brings them unless you make other plans. Contact

Opportunities
to Volunteer
There
are many places to contribute to the life of Elam which will help our
community . The ones that are
listed are only a few. We are happy you are looking for ways to put your
