Service Project! This year we are partnering with the Jones County Department of Family and Child Services to create a resource for the many foster families in our county. Elam will house the Compassion Linen Closet which will be stocked with sheets (crib/toddler, twin, and queen size), blankets/comforters, washcloths, and towels for families with foster children.

7/19/24 Update:

We are pleased to announce that the Compassion Closet is now open to foster families who have need. This will be an ongoing mission of Elam Baptist Church, so we will take donations year around for any of the following items:

Towels (infant/regular)
Crib Sheets
Twin Sheets
Queen Sheets
Blankets
Washcloths

Donations can be dropped off at any service time or during weekly office hours. Feel free to make arrangements with us for other times if you need it! Elam Baptist Church will be taking donations indefinitely and this will be a church ministry
